TERMS & CONDITIONS

• FOB shipping point, freight prepaid and added to invoice.
• Net 30 days.
• A 1.5% late charge per month will be added to all open invoices after 60 days from invoice date.
• No merchandise is returnable without prior authorization.
• Defective merchandise or errors in shipping must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Safe shipment via motor freight or express is the responsibility of the transportation company. In the event of loss or damage, the claim should be made direct to the transportation company.
• All saleable merchandise returned for credit will be assessed a 15% restocking charge based upon the original invoice amount. Shipping charges for merchandise returns are the responsibility of the dealer. No merchandise is returnable after one year from invoice date.
